Low calorie beef & broccoli

  1. Heat your wok on medium high while prepping ingredients
  2. Spray two small dashes of coconut oil
  3. Quickly add beef and toss around
  4. Next add sliced onion and broccoli
  5. While tossing around add your small pinches of garlic and ginger powder, and salt and pepper
  6. Add small dashes of soy sauce
  7. Place in bowl over brown rice if you like ( i ate w/o rice).
  8. Place a small portion of picked ginger on one side and a small.amount of wasabi for dipping on the opposite side..
