Peanut Butter 'n Banana French Toast
- 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 small banana, sliced
- Combine in a medium microwaveable bowl peanut butter, milk and honey.
- Microwave on HIGH for 30-45 sec., whisking until smooth.
- Mix in eggs.
- Dip bread slices in egg mixture to coat and place in a greased 9-inch.
- round pie plate or square glass baking dish, fitting snugly to cover base of dish.
- Scatter bananas over bread.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped bread.
- Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake at 375F for 25-30 min., or until golden and set.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm with a sprinkling of cinnamon or honey drizzled over top.
