Peanut Butter 'n Banana French Toast

  1. Combine in a medium microwaveable bowl peanut butter, milk and honey.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 30-45 sec., whisking until smooth.
  3. Mix in eggs.
  4. Dip bread slices in egg mixture to coat and place in a greased 9-inch.
  5. round pie plate or square glass baking dish, fitting snugly to cover base of dish.
  6. Scatter bananas over bread.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped bread.
  8. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
  9. Bake at 375F for 25-30 min., or until golden and set.
  10. Cut into wedges and serve warm with a sprinkling of cinnamon or honey drizzled over top.
