Polly's Super Banoffee Pie

  1. Crush the biscuits into little bits in a bowl.
  2. Stir in butter and press in a round cake tin (20cm) then put in fridge for 10 minutes
  3. Spread the caramel sauce straight from the tin onto the base.
  4. Slice up the bananas and put them on the top.
  5. Then finish by spooning on the cream and grating chocolate all over.
