Alfahm Chicken
- 1 whole chicken with skin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 green chillies
- 1 tomato
- 100 ml yogurt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Arabic Masala
- Cut the whole chicken into 4 pieces.
- Blend onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and tomatoes into a fine paste
- Mix the yogurt, lemon extract, arabic masala, salt, pepper, olive oil and the paste we prepared in step 2
- Apply it over the chicken and let it be for 5-8 hours.
- Grill it and serve it hot.
- Usually served with kuboos/pita bread, but can be had with anything or just as it is.
