Alfahm Chicken

  1. Cut the whole chicken into 4 pieces.
  2. Blend onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and tomatoes into a fine paste
  3. Mix the yogurt, lemon extract, arabic masala, salt, pepper, olive oil and the paste we prepared in step 2
  4. Apply it over the chicken and let it be for 5-8 hours.
  5. Grill it and serve it hot.
  6. Usually served with kuboos/pita bread, but can be had with anything or just as it is.
