Malted Chocolate Layered Dessert

  1. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Whisk cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp.
  4. milk in medium bowl until blended.
  5. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  6. Beat pudding mixes, malted milk powder and 3-1/4 cups milk with whisk 2 min.
  7. ; pour over cream cheese layer.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. or until thickened.
  10. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  12. Drizzle with fudge topping just before serving.
