Mexican Corn Bread

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together
  2. Beat in the eggs.
  3. Add the cheese and green chili's.
  4. Stir in the flour, cornmeal, creamed corn, salt and baking powder.
  5. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until done.
  6. It should be golden brown and a toothpick should come out clean.
  7. I use a 12" cast iron pan for this recipe.
  8. I also use a little more sugar to sweeten it up.
