Minced Ham Recipe
- 3 c. vegetarian burger
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2/3 teaspoon mace
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 c. cracker meal
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2/3 c. soy lowfat milk
- Red coloring (optional, add in to lowfat milk)
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pack into 3 lb.
- can with lid or possibly put in top of double boiler.
- Steam for 1 1/2 hrs.
- When cold, mix with lemonnaise and dill pickle for sandwich filling.
