Cheesy Zucchini & Stuffing Casserole

• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 4 large zucchini
• 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
3. Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
4. Place zucchini slices in 13x9-in.

6. Cook 2% Milk VELVEETA and butter in saucepan on medium heat 5 min.

8. Add sour cream; mix well.
