Shredded Pork Tacos

  1. Black Bean-Jicama Salad: In a bowl whisk lime juice, oil, chili powder, cumin and garlic.
  2. Toss with remaining salad ingredients.
  3. Tacos: In a bowl, mix pork, salsa, tomato, cilantro and pepper.
  4. Fill taco shells with lettuce, then top with pork mixture.
  5. Serve with salad.
