Spicy Poultry Rub ( and Fish )

• 34 cup paprika
• 14 cup black pepper
• 14 cup celery salt
• 14 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 2 tablespoons dry mustard
• 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoons lemon zest

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Store in an airtight container.
