Lumpia (Bangus) Recipe

  1. Clean the fish and parboil.
  2. Remove the flesh from the bones and set aside.
  3. Cut tomatoes into small pcs and cut the onions lengthwise.
  4. Saute/fry garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
  5. Add in bangus meat and raisins i lumpia wrapper and fry in deep warm fat till golden.
  6. Drain in absorbent paper and serve warm with sweet and lowfat sour cream.
