Tia's Cheesy Classic Lasagna Recipe
- 1/2 pound lasagna uncooked
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1 (15 to 16 ounce.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach; thawed, well liquid removed
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. shredded Muenster cheese
- Prepare lasagne according to package.
- Layer 1/3 each lasagna, Ricotta, 2/3 c. tomato sauce.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
- Let stand for 10 min.
