Crispy Oriental Greens Salad Recipe

  1. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  2. Add in sugar, sesame seeds, broken Ramen noodles and almonds.
  3. Cook and stir till lightly browned, about 5 min.
  4. Cold to room temperature.
  5. Meanwhile, coarsely chop bok choy using both stocks and leaves.
  6. Combine with green onions and chill.
  7. Combine all dressing ingredients and shake well.
  8. To serve toss greens with noodle mix and dressing.
  9. Serves 12.
  10. Ingredients can all be prepared up to 3 days in advance and kept in separate containers.
  11. (Chill bok choy and dressing.)
  12. Toss just before serving.
