Seven Layer Mexican Dip
- 16 oz refried beans
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced and drained
- In a glass casserole dish, spread beans.
- Spread guacamole on top of bean layer.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Spread over guacamole layer.
- Sprinkle layer of cheese over sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle tomato, green onion and black olives over the cheese.
- Chill until ready to serve.
