German Comfort Food: Grunkohl

  1. Saute the speck, kielbasa and potato in the duck fat until golden brown.
  2. Add the kale, chicken stock and mustard seeds.
  3. Cook for about 2 hours on low heat.
  4. Finish with salt and pepper serve with Dijon mustard.
