Shrimp Salpicon

  1. Peel the shrimp if they are not peeled yet.
  2. Cut the shrimp into 4 pieces each.
  3. Chop the piquillo peppers, spring onion, green pepper, and tomatoes.
  4. Combine all the ingredients well.
  5. Pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with the salt.
  6. Serve in bowls or in little spoons, or simply the way you prefer.
  7. This recipe is very easy to make and eat.
  8. I love this.
  9. Easy, healthy and not a lot of calories, I must say.
