Shrimp Salpicon
- 12 whole Shrimps, Boiled And Peeled
- 4 whole Piquillo Peppers, Chopped
- 1 whole Spring Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 2 whole Big Ripe Tomatoes, Chopped
- 13 cups Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 pinches Salt
- Peel the shrimp if they are not peeled yet.
- Cut the shrimp into 4 pieces each.
- Chop the piquillo peppers, spring onion, green pepper, and tomatoes.
- Combine all the ingredients well.
- Pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with the salt.
- Serve in bowls or in little spoons, or simply the way you prefer.
- This recipe is very easy to make and eat.
