Italian Spiced Meatloaf
- 2 pounds meatloaf mixture
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup chunky spaghetti or pasta sauce
- 1 medium (1/2 cup) onion, finely chopped
- 1 small (1/2 cup) green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley*
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning**
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in bowl.
- Form mixture into 11x5-inch loaf.
- Place into ungreased 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Bake 50-55 minutes until cooked through and browned.
