Panko - For Steamed Bun Fillings
- 100 grams Ground pork
- 1 leaf Chinese or napa cabbage
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 or 4 slices Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 4 tbsp The soaking liquid from rehydrating the shiitake mushrooms
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- 5 heaping tablespoons. if you have wheat allergies, use panko made of rice flour Panko
- 1 tsp each Soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese soup stock granules
- 2 tsp each Sugar, katakuriko
- 1/2 tsp each Ginger, garlic
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Mince all the ingredients, and season the filling while mixing.
- Don't forget the panko.
