Breakfast Nachos

  1. Cook sausage in a pan set on medium-high
  2. Place bacon in the microwave on 45 seconds
  3. Put a pinch of salt and pepper in eggs and mix them
  4. Add butter into a warm skillet
  5. Scramble the eggs
  6. While scrambling the eggs mix Velveeta cheese with jalapeno cheese dip and microwave 5 min.
  7. or until melted
  8. Stir cheese in 30 sec increments
  9. Use 2%milk if cheese becomes too thick
  10. Mix sausage and eggs, then break the bacon up into small or medium-sized pieces and mix it all together
  11. Put sausage, bacon, & egg on top of the chips and layer with cheese mix
  12. ENJOY!!!
