Grilled Vegetable Kabob Salad

  1. Arrange vegetables alternately on 12 small skewers; place in large shallow pan.
  2. Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to coat.
  3. Let stand 30 minutes to marinate.
  4. Remove kabobs from dressing; reserve dressing.
  5. Place kabobs on grill over medium-hot coals.
  6. Grill 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved dressing.
  7. Place greens on 6 individual plates; top each with 2 kabobs.
