Meatless Nugget Parmesan Sub
- 3 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
- 1 small whole wheat hoagie
- 2 Tbsp. spaghetti sauce
- 1 Tbsp. reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 carrot, peeled and grated Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 On-the-Go packet
- 1 bottle of water, 20 fl oz
- Heat nuggets as directed on package.
- Place nuggets in roll.
- Top with spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Toss lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar together to make side salad.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
