Honey-Dill Baked Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. To an 8x8 inch nonstick baking dish, add fish stock or vegetable stock.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add honey and dill; stir to mix.
  4. Using a brush, coat salmon fillets well with the honey-dill mixture.
  5. Add them to the baking dish, skin side down.
  6. Sprinkle each with black pepper.
  7. Place in the hot oven and bake 810 minutes.
  8. We love this served over herbed brown rice.
