Honey-Dill Baked Salmon
- 1/4 cups Fish Stock Or Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Dill
- 8 ounces, weight Salmon Fillets, Skin On
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Lemon Wedges, To Serve (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- To an 8x8 inch nonstick baking dish, add fish stock or vegetable stock.
- In a mixing bowl, add honey and dill; stir to mix.
- Using a brush, coat salmon fillets well with the honey-dill mixture.
- Add them to the baking dish, skin side down.
- Sprinkle each with black pepper.
- Place in the hot oven and bake 810 minutes.
- We love this served over herbed brown rice.
