Barley for Supper

  1. Boil water and add barley, boil until all water is absorbed.
  2. This is like cooking rice.
  3. Heat oil in a wide pan and saute onions until golden; stir into barley.
  4. Heat sauce in a small pan.
  5. Brown burgers over high heat until crispy.
  6. Plate one cup of barley with one burger and cover with one cup of sauce.
