Vickys Cinnamon Fruit Bites, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor / blender and whizz together until it forms a thick paste
  2. Knead into a large ball then split into quarters.
  3. You should be able to form 3 or 4 hand rolled balls per quarter to end up with 12 - 16 small balls
  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving
  5. Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 3 days
