Coffee and Sour Cream Cake

• 90 g butter
• 13 cup caster sugar
• 1 12 eggs
• 1 tablespoon coffee, dissolved in
• hot water
• 1 cup self raising flour
• 34 cup plain flour
• 150 ml milk
• 2 tablespoons sour cream

1. cream butter and sugar, add egg, mix.
2. add coffee, mix.
3. Add milk and flour alternately.
4. add sour cream.
5. bake 25 minutes 350.
