Bermudan Hot Grilling Sauce Recipe

• 3 tsp brown sugar
• 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
• 4 Tbsp. dark rum
• 4 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce - (to 5) (or possibly Bermudan warm sauce like Outerbridges) Juice of one orange
• 1/8 tsp allspice

1. Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or possibly dipping sauce.
