Cabbage Wraps. Roll Up and Ready To Serve!
- 1 whole Red Cabbage, 4 Large Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Hummus, Per Wrap
- 1 Tablespoon Tabouli, Per Wrap
- 1 whole Raw Zucchini, Chopped
- 1 whole Raw Yellow Squash, Chopped
- 1 whole Raw Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Red Or White Onions, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
- The wrap: Using 4 large red cabbage leaves, fill with the remaining ingredients, drizzle dressing, roll up and chow down.
- The dressing: Saute all ingredients together.
- Drizzle over veggies warm or cool.
