Spicy Salsa Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water 6 to 8 minutes until al dente; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Saute chicken until cooked about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in corn and scallions; cook 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Drain pasta.
  7. Return pasta to pot.
  8. Add chicken mixture, salsa, and 1 cup cheese.
  9. Toss.
  10. Serve sprinkled with remaining cheese.
