Freekah Lamb Soup

  1. Saute onions and lamb in the oil until golden brown.
  2. Add harissa.
  3. Add freekah and coat the grains well.
  4. Slowly add the chicken stock and simmer until the grains are tenderabout 20 min.
  5. When ready to serve add the tomato, lemon juice, spinach, cilantro and seasonings.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander.
