Sprinkle-a-Little-Magic Fairy Wands

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
  2. Cool in pans 10 min.
  3. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  4. Bring cream just to boil in small saucepan on low heat.
  5. Add chocolate; cook until melted, stirring constantly.
  6. Cool 10 min.
  7. Dip tops of cupcakes in chocolate glaze.
  8. Drizzle any remaining glaze over cupcakes; top with sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate cupcakes 15 min.
  10. Insert cookie into side of each cupcake just before serving.
  11. Refrigerate leftovers.
