Surf 'N Turf Skewers

  1. Toss meat with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the remaining barbecue sauce.
  7. Thread steak onto 4 skewers alternately with shrimp; brush with remaining sauce.
  8. Grill 10 min.
  9. or until shrimp turn pink and steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning frequently and brushing with reserved sauce.
