Raspberry Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Put the honey, flour and cream in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and there are no lumps.
  4. Gently stir the raspberries into this mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
