Red Creamy Sauce Pasta

  1. Cook Macaroni or any other pasta as per instructions
  2. Make a fine puree of tomatoes & onions in the Mixer
  3. Heat oil in a sauce pan.
  4. Add bay leaf and pappercorns, leave it for half a minute
  5. Add Chopped garlic l, saute for a while.
  6. Then add the tomato puree.
  7. Add Salt.
  8. Cook until it gets thicker.
  9. Discard the bay leaf & peppercorns
  10. Add Tomato Ketchup.
  11. Stir.
  12. Then add cream.
  13. Mix well
  14. Add Macaroni.
  15. Cook until done.
  16. Seasoning with oregano & black papper.
  17. Garnish with cheese.
  18. Serve hot.
  19. Enjoy!
