Red Creamy Sauce Pasta
- 1 packages Macaroni
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 6 pappercorns
- 1 Red Chille, dry
- 1 1/3 cup Cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/3 cup Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
- Cook Macaroni or any other pasta as per instructions
- Make a fine puree of tomatoes & onions in the Mixer
- Heat oil in a sauce pan.
- Add bay leaf and pappercorns, leave it for half a minute
- Add Chopped garlic l, saute for a while.
- Then add the tomato puree.
- Add Salt.
- Cook until it gets thicker.
- Discard the bay leaf & peppercorns
- Add Tomato Ketchup.
- Stir.
- Then add cream.
- Mix well
- Add Macaroni.
- Cook until done.
- Seasoning with oregano & black papper.
- Garnish with cheese.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy!
