Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine rice, chicken, celery, water chestnuts and soup.
  2. Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole.
  3. Mix lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise and spread on top.
  4. Cover with crushed potato chips.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
