Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. chicken, cooked & cut up
- 2 c. celery, minced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 c. potato chips, crushed
- Combine rice, chicken, celery, water chestnuts and soup.
- Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise and spread on top.
- Cover with crushed potato chips.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
