Chocolate Chokers
- 12 cup butter
- 4 -6 baker's unsweetened chocolate squares (melted)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

- In small bowl mix together flour and baking powder and salt.
- 2.
- In large bowl, mix together butter and chocolate until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix again until smooth.
- 3.
- One at a time, add eggs to chocolate/sugar mixture, mixing till smooth between each egg addition.
- Add vanilla and mix again until smooth.
- 4.
- Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture in large bowl, mix well.
- Cover and chill completely.
- 5.
- Roll in small balls approximately 1 teaspoon size, and roll in powdered sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven set to 375 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes,.
