Tuna steak stuffed peppers

  1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit
  2. Slice the ahi yellowtail tuna into thin strips.
  3. Slice bell peppers in half top to bottom.
  4. Remove seeds and ribs of peppers.
  5. Add half the salt and garlic to each pepper on the inside.
  6. Cover bottom with tuna.
  7. Add chopped onion then half the butter.
  8. Olive Oil, rosemary, then more tuna.
  9. Add a bit of onion.
  10. Add two slices of olive per pepper half.
  11. Add the rest of butter, and salt.
  12. Crack the black pepper over each.
  13. Put into oven.
  14. Bake 20-30 minutes.
  15. Serve hope you enjoy!
