Easy New England Clam Chowder Recipe
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (10 ounce.) can clams with liquid
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 2/3 c. half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place onions, carrots and celery in 4 qt casserole.
- In microwave, full power 5 min or possibly till tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook on full power for 15 min.
- Stir occasionally.
