Ultra-Healthy No-Flour Okonomiyaki

  1. Grate the nagaimo yam and potato, and mix all the ingredients together with a whisk.
  2. Shred the cabbage and add to the batter.
  3. Spread oil thinly in a frying pan, and cook the batter over low heat.
  4. Make them about as big as your spatula.
  5. Add pork to taste.
  6. Flip over, and cook until well browned.
  7. If you add kimchi or natto the batter will be even softer, so make the pancakes small and cook them patiently.
