Barber's Pastrami Recipe

  1. Mix together and cover all of meat.
  2. Sprinkle generously with Morton's Nature Seasoning, lemon pepper and 1 1/2 c. red wine.
  3. Pour water around meat till about 1/2 covered.
  4. Don't wash off seasonings.
  5. Turn and marinate once a day for 4 days.
  6. Smoke till juice barely runs when forked.
  7. GOOD---
