Crab Pie By Penzey's
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz Swiss cheese, diced
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, diced
- 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion (1 medium)
- 7 to 7 1/2 ounce can flaked crab (real or imitation)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Mural Of Flavor seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the crab, cheeses, onion and Mural Of Flavor seasoning.
- Spoon into the pie crust.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
