Maple-Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large ziploc bag.
  3. Add salmon to bag; seal.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade.
  6. Place salmon filets, skin side down, on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray.
  7. Broil 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting salmon with reserved marinade.
