Turkey Steaks Shanghai Recipe

  1. Season turkey with salt and pepper.
  2. Saute/fry in heated oil unitl golden, turning once.
  3. Remove steaks from pan.
  4. Combine all other ingredients, except rice and green onions, in pan.
  5. Cook and stir till sauce clears and thickens.
  6. Return turkey steaks to sauce and reheat a few min.
  7. Serve with rice; sprinkle with green onion.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
