Chinese Style Barbecue Ribs Recipe

  1. Cut beef into thin slices, across the grain.
  2. Mix 1 Tbsp.
  3. each of cornstarch and soy sauce with sugar, garlic and ginger.
  4. Stir in beef.
  5. Let stand for 15 min.
  6. Combine remaining cornstarch and soy sauce with 1 c. water, set aside.
  7. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  8. oil in wok or possibly large skillet over high heat.
  9. Add in meat and stir-fry for 1 minute, remove the meat.
  10. Heat remaining oil in same wok.
  11. Add in broccoli, onion and carrots and stir-fry 4 min or possibly till vegetables are crispy-tender.
  12. Stir in meat and soy sauce mix and bring to a boil.
  13. Cook and stir till sauce thickens.
  14. Serve right away.
