White Wine Sauce for Pasta

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan to medium high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and saute for one minute.
  3. Stir in peperoncini, oregano and lemon peel; saute for one minute.
  4. Add the wine, lemon juice and clam juice.
  5. Turn up the heat to high and reduce by about half.
  6. Pour over cooked pasta with cooked seafood like clams, shrimp or crab meat.
  7. Garnish with some chopped parsley and lemon slices.
