Mutter Paneer

  1. Grind onion, ginger, garlic and green chili to make a paste.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Fry cubed paneer turned frequently, until it turns slightly brown.
  4. Add cumin.
  5. Once the cumin gives off a nice aroma, add the ground onion mixture.
  6. Fry until the onion turns brown, about 2 minutes.
  7. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add milk or cream and paneer.
  9. Add salt and peas and lower the heat.
  10. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve warm with naan or roti.
  12. Enjoy.
