Greek Salad W/ Dressing
- 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 18 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 14 cup Greek olive, sliced
- 14 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 cup roma tomato, diced
- 12 medium cucumber, sliced
- Dressing: Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and garlic salt into a cup or small bowl.
- Mix with a wire whisk until all ingredients are well-blended.
- Salad: Chop lettuce, prepare olives as required, dice tomatoes, and slice cucumber as desired.
- Combine all ingredients, including the feta, into a large bowl or tupperware, preferably with one with a lid that fits tightly.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad, apply the lid, then shake away.
- Refrigerate and enjoy within a day or so!
