Heart Healthy Blueberry Parfait

  1. Whip together yogurt and sour cream.
  2. Mix in brown sugar, lemon peel and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Whip until smooth in texture.
  4. Chill.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into glasses, spread half of the berries over and then repeat the step.
  6. Top with upto 2tb of cream.
  7. Garnish for occassion.
  8. Mint leaf, cinnamon, chopped up trail mix, cereal mix -- .
