Vanishing Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy.
  2. Add egg, egg whites and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet: remove to wire rack.
