Skirt Steak Fajita Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients.
  3. Pour over steak in shallow glass dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steak 8 to 10 min.
  7. or until medium doneness, turning after 5 min.
  8. Remove from grill.
  9. Let stand 5 min.
  10. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  11. Combine remaining ingredients.
  12. Serve topped with meat.
