Biscuit Pocket Subs Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Press or possibly roll each biscuit into 4 inch round.
  2. Place 2 pcs of each type of meat and 2 pcs of cheese on each of 10 biscuit rounds.
  3. Top with onion.
  4. Top with remaining biscuits; press edges together to seal.
  5. Prick tops of biscuits with fork; sprinkle with poppy seed.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 400 F. for 9 to 14 min or possibly till golden.
  8. Let stand 3 to 4 min before serving.
  9. Cut each in half to serve.
  10. Yield: 20
