Biscuit Pocket Subs Recipe
- 2 x 10 ounce. cans Hungry Jack Flaky Biscuits
- 5 slc cotto salami cut into quarters
- 5 slc cooked ham cut into quarters
- 5 slc cooked turkey cut into quarters
- 5 slc Swiss cheese cut into quarters
- 1/3 c. red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds optional
- Heat oven to 400 F. Press or possibly roll each biscuit into 4 inch round.
- Place 2 pcs of each type of meat and 2 pcs of cheese on each of 10 biscuit rounds.
- Top with onion.
- Top with remaining biscuits; press edges together to seal.
- Prick tops of biscuits with fork; sprinkle with poppy seed.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 400 F. for 9 to 14 min or possibly till golden.
- Let stand 3 to 4 min before serving.
- Cut each in half to serve.
- Yield: 20
